Big Sista Adventures combines our love of yoga and community by co-hosting adventure retreats to unique destinations like Varanasi India or the volcanic black sand beaches of Bali.

In addition to your personal mat and a strap the following Yoga Travel kit has been requested by your teacher.

·        2 foam blocks

·        2 shoulder cushions

·        2 cotton blankets for India and one for Bali

• In Varanasi, feel free to donate any or all of the props that you do not wish to carry home, to the ashram. Blankets I will take to the widows’ ashram on your behalf.
